i say you're very close with tony curtis cos there's a famous joke which involves both tony and the guy who took the foto.
it was one of the first jokes i ever remember hearing. so think 50s rather than 60s. tho this guy did continue his career well into the 60s.

the prize is a picture cover connie stevens ep (1960) called, CONNIE STEVENS as "CRICKET" IN THE WARNER BROS. SERIES "HAWAIIAN EYE". 4 tracks: on a slow boat to china, why try to change me now, too young, let's do it (written by the great cole porter).
