Any of you veterans of the original island remember when a weird little "poet" named sox24 (or something to that effect) popped up out of nowhere and infested the place for weeks on end?

I had completely forgotten about it until tonight when I was reading a thread on an oasis forum (or what used to be an oasis forum...it's turned into the oasis version of this place) and realized the guy named 'wintersox', who has been pulling the same stunt for months was probably one and the same, because of this:

"My art has appeared on forums dedicated to Bob Dylan, Nirvana, Leonard Cohen, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Peter Gabriel, Phish, Mushrooms, Dave Matthews Band, and Van Halen."


High comedy. He's like the plague, coming after one band at a time.
