I like the drunk Steve posts. They sometimes remind me of my drunk posts at the ole Island. I'll have you know, that I haven't stopped drinking though. Another 10 Cane night for me, but more tame than last night.
Sorry Steve that i'm not a woman posting on your thread. Maybe Iron Hills will drop a line here for ya.

(high voice) Yeah, I'm a busty ripe woman, and I seem to have dropped my kerchief. Maybe Whettie can make a fool over me too!

I'm pretty excited that Maynard from Tool has a new record coming out called Pusifer, with Lisa Germano. Lisa has about 3 great records (Happiness, Geek the Girl...) good voice and open emotionally. Wonder what it's gonna sound like?

can anybody please tell me who the fuck is playing the harmonica here? www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLzYBTIDYO0i just got a copy of the new Blues from Laurel Canyon remastered bonus tracks etc edition, and i should say this is a terrific album, so are Bare Wires and Crusade - mayall was in a god grace given moment when he finally disbanded the bluesbreakers, 1968-1969 are his best years i wonder if manho ever got a chance to see the old lion in action in those days

no, i never got to see mayall tho i knew all about him and would have gone if he'd pitched up in liverpool. you never saw him advertised anywhere. i guess he just did clubs and blues festivals in denmark.
the laurel canyon album has a couple of sublime solos from peter green on it. check them out.
