that's another one sorted
the booing was because the crowd wanted more. Part of all this has to do with Yarrow (what a little nerk he is by the way) and his throwaway comment about Bobby's coming back with an acoustic guitar - that had more to do with him and his hang ups than the crowd. The crowd wanted Bob back and didnt give a shit if he was plugged in or not.

yeah they showed it the other night (figured you chaps would already be Dime-o-Dozening it... or whatever the fuck thats all about)
I'm not that much of an Ologist so not sure if some of it has circulated before but lots of it is new on me. The 64 Chimes of Freedom is particulary great and the workshop stuff (Seeing him play Who Killed Davey Moore was the bomb)

The new Murray Lerner film about Dylan at Newport is the most enjoyable Dylan flick in ages. Lots of cool stuff

I believe I told you to eat your own balls. You can call me an idiot all you want, people have done worse.
I've got a feeling this dude isn't baki anyway... there's something genuinely unlikeable about this one, whereas the previous one was like kicking a stinking pooch with a short fuse... unpleasant and noisy but harmless enough

I'm not a big fan of guys starting threads about their personal lives, but getting stabbed is very thread-worthy. You're one up on me in the 'life experience' catagory there hobes. Rockin' the nation & fighting crime--that's the way to go. you are quite right about personal life threads. I felt it was OK because it made the news. If I had been a guy who writes graphic novellas about fighting crime in a future-past dystopia closely resembling Thatcher's Britian...only twenty years from now... the incident would have probably made the Guardian and Manho might have posted it. Manho is right too - "Birmingham" is now a city in the West Midlands called "Cunt Soup" as far as I am concerned

Nah, the punks had starting laying into my pals and I naturally tried to stop them.
Result: my pals have scratches and I have a hole in my back. It's what they call "Hoboluck"

watched Help! the other day for the first time
what a piece of shit - even for the 60s this was a fucking dog of a movie and anyone who retorts with any twaddle about how "good" it is is fooolz
I was quite drunk when I was watching it too - it just annoyed me, that shouldn't happen
